Before you are able to order, you must create an account with us. After that we will provide you with a user name and password that allows you to purchase from us using the online catalogue.
There are several ways you can order:
Web
Simply browse though our Online Catalogue and add items to your shopping cart. When you checkout, your order will be emailed to us and a verification copy will be emailed to you.
Quick FormIf you prefer to shop using our Paper Catalogue or the Monthy Flyers we send to our customers, or you are familiar with our product codes, you can use the Quick Form instead of browsing through the Online Catalogue.

Due to the high labor cost associated with processing relatively small orders through order entry, order picking and shipping. A minimum order fee policy has been implemented to offset this cost:
Minimum Orders are $150 (before tax), orders below the minimum (before tax) will be subject to a $10.00 service fee. (backorders do not apply)
Any orders picked up at our warehouse that are over $250.00 (before tax) will receive the following discounts:

Use of this website's order form requires users to give us contact & shipping information (like their name, address & email address), & financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). We may use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user promotional material only from BMS. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the customer when necessary.
No financial information is collected online to bill the user's credit card for products & services. All payment options are processed offline by our Customer Service Representitives. Demographic & profile data is not collected on our site.
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse & alteration of the information under our control.
All new accounts are COD or Certified Cheque. Terms are negotiable after a credit application is approved. Normal Credit terms are net 30 Days.
All orders are F.O.B. From our warehouse the customer has the option of pick-up or any other shipping method. Most of our customers prefer to use UPS or Canada Post.
All return product claims MUST be authorized by BMS Enterprises and supplied with an RMA# before any returns are accepted. The supplied RMA# must be clearly marked on the shipping box. Failure to obtain BMS authorization before returning product may result in refusal of the shipment at the sender's expense.
Product Returns for CreditAll Product returns for credit will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The exception to the policy will be defective goods for replacement.
